Create a custom memory and manage its lifecycle
Each account comes with a default memory that can be used directly. Create a new memory to customize rules or separate memories for different business scenarios.
The default memory cannot be deleted, but you can edit its name, description, and add custom rules. It has a preset "Default project" fragment rule with a 180-day expiry that you can edit.

Create a memory

Open the create entry
On the Memory page, click Create memory in the top right.

Fill in basics
- Name: A name describing the memory
- Description: May be used to guide agent invocation

Configure rules
After creation, the system asks whether to create rules immediately. Create now (recommended) jumps to the rules config page. Later returns to the list — you can enter config later via View details on the memory card.
Delete a memory
Two ways to delete:
- Click the
...icon on the memory card, then Delete - Click the
...icon in the top right of the memory details page, then Delete
